Junior Athletic Fitness Class
Age Group: 11 - 14
In this program, we will build on top of the foundation of body mechanics and movement. Throughout this curriculum, our athletes will create healthy habits to carry over to their active lifestyle.
This curriculum is a combination of speed, agility, conditioning, strength and injury prevention. The exercises will include plyometrics, resistance training, footwork, linear speed, quick change of direction, and coordination. Each class is taught by a certified coach who knows how to inspire and provide progressions and regressions for each athletes level.
