To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all renters, we ask that you carefully review our Facility Rules, Rental Agreement Terms, and Waiver prior to booking. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to Performance Sports Center no later than 30 days prior to the first scheduled Event Date. In the event of cancellation, the Licensee will be responsible for:
1. A cancellation fee as outlined in the Facility Agreement.
2. Payment for all scheduled Event Dates occurring within the 30-day notice period, regardless of whether payment has already been made.
Please note that individual Event Dates within an agreed-upon schedule cannot be canceled. For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, adherence to the Facility Rules and completion of all required waivers are mandatory.
